GENERAL CONVENTION, ST. LOUIS, MO., OCT. 1-3.

St. Louis was chosen as one of the Convention cities
because of the low railroad rates granted it from all quarters
on account of the World's Fair.  Our Convention
date seems peculiarly desirable so far as the weather is concerned.
When inquiring about railroad rates, trains, etc.,
consult your nearest R.R. ticket agent about World's
Fair Excursions.
All sessions of the Convention will be held in "Music
Hall," cor. 14th and Olive Sts.,--three blocks north and
four blocks east of Union Station.  If you use the street
cars remember to get transfers.
Complete arrangements have been made for accommodations
in the vicinity of the meeting place.  The rates in
private dwellings are 50c, 75c and $1.00 for each person
per night.  Hotel rooms can be secured at 50c to $1.50
per day.  Convenient restaurants will provide good meals
at from 25c to 35c each.  Provisions will be made for those
too poor to pay for accommodations, if they will address
Brother F. Bardelmeier, 1607 N. 20th St., St. Louis, Mo.
Those desiring lodgings arranged in advance should address
Brother G. B. Raymond, 1656 S. Jefferson Ave., St.
Louis, Mo., stating number in each party, name, color
and sex of each individual, price of accommodations required,
and whether at hotel or dwelling.  Prompt attention
in this regard will save much trouble both to the committee
and the visiting friends.

----------
